Dumpster and Storage Area Cleaning Services

We offer thorough cleaning and grooming for your dumpster and its storage area including:

• Efficient dumpster cleaning using our dissipating foam application to quickly and neatly address odor, bacteria, and cleanliness on the top, sides, inside, and rim of the bin where decay lingers.  No rinsing necessary.  Foam clings, works, and dissipates when done.

• Dumpster enclosure walls cleaning using our dissipating foam application to address spillage and odor. The foam clings to the walls to enhance the effectiveness.

• Dumpster floor cleaning using our dissipating foam application to address spillage, bacteria, and odor.  No water pooling or dirty water buildup. 

• If your apartment has trash chutes our dissipating foam application is ideal as it sticks to the walls to clean, disinfect, and deodorize efficiently and easily. Also, the chute doors are treated where spills and germs gather soiling tenant access. 

Our proprietary foam application noticeably reduces the smell of garbage quickly and easily. Our three-part treatment offers strong cleaner, “knock down” fragrance and bio-active nonpathogenic (non-disease causing) formula that quickly goes to work creating enzymes to digest grease and other organic soils. Applied bacteria keep odors from coming back. Requires no scrubbing. 

OUR PRICING:

• $79.00 per dumpster per week for weekly service including enclosure(s).

• $99.00 per dumpster for every two weeks service including enclosure(s).

• $125.00 per dumpster for once per month service including enclosure(s).

• Trash chute cleaning pricing available on request.

• Invoicing in accordance with service timing.
